The meeting has been called primarily to adopt a constitution and appoint office bearers as required for incorporation under the ACT Associations Incorporation Act 1991. But it will also focus on recent developments such as the $3.2 million allocation for the pool in the ACT Budget and the Chief Minister’s latest idea of building a new aquatic facility in Commonwealth Park. All supporters of Canberra Olympic Pool are invited to attend.
